Reliance Rule
You remain responsible for legal and compliance interpretation of outputs.
Receiz means the website, APIs, and related software operated under the Receiz name.
Receiz Output means any generated artifact, including verification pages, images, bundles, metadata, hashes, and any embedded or attached proof material.
Verification means cryptographic and deterministic checks that confirm a Receiz Output matches its declared parameters.
You means any individual or entity that uses Receiz.
Receiz provides a way to generate and verify a record. The record can be inspected by third parties using the verification view and embedded proof material.
Receiz does not independently determine the truth of user-submitted statements, nor does it certify identity, authorship, intent, legality, or enforceability.
Receiz is not a notary public service, legal advice, financial advice, or a substitute for regulated compliance programs. You are responsible for determining whether Receiz Outputs are appropriate for your use case.
You agree to use Receiz responsibly and in compliance with applicable law.
You must not use Receiz to:
You are responsible for the content you submit, any claims you attach, and how you present Receiz Outputs to others.
If you share a Receiz Output as evidence, you are responsible for providing context and ensuring it is not used in a misleading way.
If you are an organization, you are responsible for internal controls, retention policies, and any additional validation required by your domain, including banking, compliance, procurement, or public sector operations.
Receiz Outputs may include verifiable proof material, such as hashes, signatures, and embedded bundles. A successful verification indicates the output matches its declared parameters and has not been altered after sealing.
Verification does not guarantee the underlying real-world event occurred, nor does it guarantee that any attached statement is true. It confirms integrity of the artifact and coherence of the proof.
You agree that you will make your own decision about reliance. Where required, seek independent verification, internal review, legal counsel, or compliance review.
