Request Intake

Lawful Process

Receiz requires valid legal authority and appropriately scoped request details.

Emergency Path

Expedited Review

Emergency disclosures are evaluated on imminent-harm criteria and legal permissibility.

Disclosure Policy

Least Necessary

Responses are limited to legally required and technically available records.

01

Submission Requirements

Law-enforcement and government requests must be submitted through lawful process issued by an authority with jurisdiction over the requested data or account scope.

  • Requests should identify legal authority, case identifier, affected account/records, and requested date range.
  • Overbroad or jurisdictionally defective requests may be challenged, narrowed, or declined.
02

Emergency Requests

In credible emergencies involving imminent risk of death or serious physical harm, Receiz may evaluate expedited disclosure requests prior to formal process, where permitted by law.

Emergency requests must include factual basis, urgency rationale, and responding official contact information.

03

User Notice

Unless legally prohibited or where emergency risk requires delay, Receiz may provide notice to affected users before producing customer data in response to legal process.

04

Preservation Requests

Receiz may honor lawful preservation requests for a reasonable period while awaiting formal legal process, subject to scope, technical constraints, and legal validity.

05

Integrity and Scope Boundary

Receiz verification outputs are integrity artifacts and do not independently attest real-world truth, intent, or legality of underlying user claims.

Requests for interpretation beyond retained service records may be outside available response scope.

06

Contact Path

Legal process and emergency requests should be directed to support@receiz.com with subject Legal Process Request and agency identification details.
