Scope

Receiz services are subject to applicable export control and sanctions laws. Users must comply with all trade control obligations applicable to their use of the service.

Prohibited Users and Jurisdictions

  • Use is prohibited by sanctioned individuals, entities, or organizations, or parties acting on their behalf.
  • Use is prohibited where access would violate applicable export controls or sanctions laws.
  • Users must not export, re-export, or transfer service outputs in violation of applicable law.

Restricted-Use Controls

Users may not use Receiz services to support prohibited end uses under applicable export controls, including prohibited military, weapons, or unlawful surveillance use cases where barred by law.

Screening and Enforcement

Receiz may apply risk-based screening and may suspend or terminate access where trade compliance risk is identified or where required by law.

Customers must provide accurate trade-compliance information when requested for due diligence and regulatory obligations.
